ALL MAINLAND UK DELIVERY (ENGLAND/SCOTLAND/WALES) IS BY COURIER AND A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED.

– Over £80 FREE | Under £80 charged at £4.95. The large 3 litre diffusers are exempt from free delivery

**Our warehouse is open Mon-Fri (excluding all UK bank holidays). If you order next working day at the weekend (or after 1pm on Friday) you will receive your order on Tues the following week.

  • We are currently experiencing delays with international shipping and will notify you via email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm and a tracking number.
  • During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive due to delays at customs.

  • We ship on DDP terms (delivered duty paid) to the following countries, which means no further charges will be applied past the point of checkout.

    Provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products, ownership of an item will pass to you once we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). When an item has been delivered, risk of damage to, or loss of the item passes to you.

    Please note there maybe split deliveries for any orders above 2kg
